JeChange.fr est un service gratuit qui, après une simple inscription prend en charge toutes les opérations administratives qu’il est nécessaire de remplir pour changer d’opérateur téléphonique (fixe) ou de fournisseur d’accès internet. Pour que ses services demeurent gratuits, JeChange.fr a passé des accords avec les opérateurs et autres FAI du marché.
